Your information and privacy
AmeriKick Haddon Heights uses the contact details and messages you submit to respond to inquiries, arrange trial lessons and follow up about enrollment. Parents and guardians should submit their own contact details for children; do not send sensitive information or a child’s personal contact details.
Requests and their source
When campaign tracking is enabled, we store your request and its progress, together with available campaign labels, advertising click identifiers and the referring website’s domain. This helps us understand which promotions bring inquiries and new students. We use an essential session cookie to secure forms and carry source information during your visit. We do not promise that every visit can be attributed.
Optional measurement
With your permission, we count page views, form starts, trial-link clicks, phone/email-link clicks and direction clicks. These event records contain a random session identifier and campaign labels, not your name, email address, phone number or message. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a lesson. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call took place.
Access and retention
Campaign records are available only to John through the protected hosting admin. Production inquiry notifications are emailed to school staff; hosted-test notifications are captured locally and are not emailed to staff. We do not sell inquiry details. Optional events expire after 90 days. Leads, including enrolled-student campaign records, expire after 365 days without an update. Costs and administrative audit entries expire after 365 days. Encrypted private backups expire after 30 days, so deleted information may remain in backups until they expire. Contact haddonheights@amerikick.com to ask about your information or request deletion.
